8th Annual Research to Practice Symposium – The Role of Resiliency in the Classroom – Why Not All Children Respond to Reading Instruction & What Teachers Need to Know

“Dr. Mark Seidenberg, author of the book Language at the Speed of Sight, will be this year’s recipient of the Hollis Scarborough Award at AIM’s 8th annual Research to Practice Symposium on March 9.

The award, presented to and named after Reading Rope creator Dr. Hollis Scarborough for the first time last year, recognizes a researcher whose work on the science of reading acquisition has deepened our understanding of the complexity of reading proficiency and has inspired others to pursue related research.

We look forward to welcoming Dr. Seidenberg, a presenter at our symposium in 2018, back to AIM in March.”

  • Cost: FREE with In Person and Online Attendance Options – 5 PA Act 48, NY CTLE and ALTA Credits available for In Person Attendance see postcard image attached)
