AIM SUMMER ENRICHMENT PROGRAM – Conshohocken, PA

The AIM Summer Enrichment Program is a four-week, in-person program which offers AIM students as well as students from public, private and charter schools the opportunity to reinforce and strengthen essential skills in reading, writing, comprehension and math in grades 1-12.
Specialized small-group instruction by AIM’s highly skilled faculty focuses on each student’s area of need. Students engage in interactive projects that build confidence, critical thinking and problem solving skills. The spirit of adventure and exploration moves outside the classroom in the afternoon with 1-8th grade students having opportunities to discover, explore, create and perform in art, drama, science, robotics, and sports activities.

Benchmark Camp, for children in grades 1-6:

This five-week day camp program from June 27-July 29 in Media, PA includes Benchmark’s internationally recognized language arts program, executive function skills instruction, and design thinking activities, as well as swimming, art, science, and sports on our 23-acre wooded campus. In addition, Benchmark campers are challenged and supported as they take on our 35-event Confidence Course, which includes a 40-foot high, 250-foot long zipline. Benchmark Camp is especially well-suited for children with ADD/ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning differences. A summer at Benchmark Camp is a summer filled with learning, creating, and fun!

Located in Abington, PA, Center School’s Summer Learning & Enrichment Program is offering a four-week morning program for rising 1st through 6th-grade students. This program provides targeted specialized instruction in literacy and mathematics to develop and maintain skills, practice effective learning strategies, and increase abilities in a welcoming fun-filled environment. In our interactive classrooms, emphasis is placed on language-based skills including phonemic awareness and phonics, fluency, vocabulary, comprehension, and writing while math instruction is provided to enhance number sense and problem-solving.
Wilson® Fundations® is used in grades 1-2 and Wilson® Just Words® in grades 3-6. Decoding and spelling proficiency is specifically supported. In Wilson® Fundations®, handwriting is also emphasized.
Non-Center School students are eligible for a pre-camp and post-camp reading assessment.

DVFRIENDS SCHOOL – Paoli, PA
One-on-One Orton-Gillingham Language Arts/Reading Instruction
- 24 one-hour lessons with a trained Orton-Gillingham instructor scheduled at the student’s convenience between 8:00 – 12:00 pm weekdays from July 5 – August 5.
- Lessons will be customized for each student based on their learning needs, skills, and goals and include decoding, spelling, vocabulary, morphology, writing, reading, fluency, and reading comprehension skills as appropriate for each student.
- Rising 2nd – 10th-grade students from any school
- Sessions will be conducted in person at DVFriends in Paoli unless an online option is requested. Online instruction, if requested, will be live via Zoom during the regular program hours.
- Cost is $1,950

PILOT SCHOOL – Wilmington, DE
The Pilot School is offering two summer camps and registration for both is via this link: The Pilot School Summer Camp. If the child has not attended The Pilot School or one of our camps, please contact info@pilotschool.org to arrange for a tour before submitting a registration.
For children ages 5 – 12, our Summer Camp is available in half (8:00 am – 11:30 am) and full (8:00 am – 3:00 pm)day sessions. This camp focuses on social skills, team building, STEM, and nature while integrating reading and math.

Pilot Reading Immersion Camp:
For rising 2nd, 3rd, and 4th graders. The Pilot School Summer Immersion Camp will address the five components of literacy (phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, comprehension and vocabulary). The program will be taught by a certified Wilson Reading Instructor and is designed to meet the unique needs of your child. This is a half day camp (8:00am – 11:30pm). For a fee, campers may stay for the afternoon session of our traditional summer camp.
